General Managers are typically promoted from within our existing management team. They provide the leadership that creates an environment for individuals to grow professionally and personally as well as for the restaurant to grow financially.

Each manager has a particular area of the restaurant for which they are accountable. This includes: Kitchen, Off-Premise and In-House. As a Manager Trainee in one of these positions, you would begin a seven-week training period, during which you will be provided with all the technical knowledge to achieve success as you accept your chosen area of responsibility. The entire management team works a five-day, sixty-hour work week. As our restaurants close at 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm, there are no late-night shifts.
