Donation Requests

WE ARE ALWAYS PLEASED TO BE A PART OF THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE!

All requests must be submitted online with all required content.

Once your information is received in its entirety, your request will be submitted for approval. We kindly note that a minimum of 30 days lead time is required for processing.

All donations will be in the form of internal TooJay’s promotional certificates, valid in all locations for dine-in or take-out only. Certificates are NOT valid for online ordering. No cash value or change given. Not valid for tax or gratuities. Not valid with any other discount or promotional offers. Not valid with payment by gift card. No copies of certificates will be accepted. Must present certificate to the restaurant in-person to receive discount. Certificates valid in accordance with expiration date stamped on back and cannot be replaced once expired. All donations are sent via first class USPS mail.

    ALL DONATION IN-KIND REQUEST MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY:

    • Sample of promotional material being mailed to attendees announcing event
    • IRS Not for Profit Tax Exempt Certificate

    DONATION IN-KIND REQUEST REQUIREMENTS: Requests must be made 45 days in advance of the event

    • All required documents (above) must accompany the donation request
    • Maximum of one (1) donation per organization per calendar year
    • All donations will be sent via USPS First Class Mail
    • Monetary donations will be in the form of TOOJAY’S DELI DOUGH certificates which can be used in any of our locations for dine-in or take out ONLY. Not valid for online ordering or Catering. NO CASH VALUE.
    • All approved requests will be informed via email from donations@toojays.com
